BEEP are looking for local employers to sign up to play an important role in building opportunities in Berkshire for young people, creating more opportunities. Berkshire Education Employment Partnership, known as BEEP, is an employability programme that will align schools and colleges with local employers to develop employability skills and talent in our young people. It will help nurture local talent, develop employability skills and confidence and teach young people about local career opportunities, and has been specially adapted for the pandemic era so students and young people won’t miss out.
The BEEP project has three strands, working with employers, schools and young people. There are many ways employers can be involved, ranging from apprenticeships, work experience to mentoring young people. We’re on hand to support you, and to explain all the potential benefits for your business. If you’re interested in being involved, want to
discuss options, or have any questions about the BEEP programme, please contact us by emailing Beep@adviza.org.uk or call James Hobson on 07415240691.
