Maria Kelly, Project Development Officer & Rural Housing Enabler

I joined the team in 2023 and my focus has been on our 21st Century Community Halls project, a five-year programme to improve and develop facilities in Berkshire halls. I also work to develop new projects that help support rural communities across the county.

In 2024 I entered a job share for the role of Rural Housing Enabler

Barry Malki, Rural Housing Enabler

I joined CCB in 2024 as a Rural Housing Enabler. I have worked with different organisations and agencies across the country and I am a passionate advocate of shared learning and supporting networks.

I am keen over the next six months to engage with many different organisations and stakeholders across the county, to help them to understand their role in the development of new Housing supply in areas that may otherwise be overlooked by developers.
