Volunteer Management Workshop

Cost: £20, including light lunch and course materials; £25 for groups outside Wokingham Borough

Groups that depend on volunteers can maximise their effectiveness by paying attention to every aspect of volunteer management!

Join this workshop to learn more about good practice in recruitment, induction, development of roles and policies, valuing volunteers, volunteers and the law, volunteering on benefits and dealing with problems – all designed to help your group find and keep good volunteers for longer.

Course materials will include specimen documents and templates that can be used to generate your own.
