Successful delivery of training to help support families at risk of fuel poverty in West Berkshire

This week (24th November) CCB ran a training webinar on ‘Energy Advice & Awareness’ for practitioners and volunteers that support families in West Berkshire. The training was supported by funding from West Berkshire Council Adult Community Learning and was very well received by the 20+ learners that joined us online. All of the learners rated the content of the course as ‘excellent’ and despite it not being held face-to-face the tutor Helen Dean, Project Co-ordinator at CCB, made sure it was interactive with videos, polls and chat panels being encouraged.

A learner fedback; “The questions we had to answer were really interesting. There were so many ideas about how to help families. I can also use these tips in my own life. Very informative and I can see how much the presenter cares about helping others.”
